Footie ace David Beckham is spotted enjoying some pamper time with another Essex boy - actor James Corden - in a Sport Relief sketch.

The duo's me-time, in which they are seen in fluffy robes, is part of a star-studded sketch in which Corden's Gavin & Stacey character Smithy coaches a series of top stars including Andy Murray, Tom Daley, Jenson Button and the Manchester United squad featuring Wayne Rooney and Rio Ferdinand.

And after his hard work, Smithy takes a well-earned break, having a night in with the image-conscious LA Galaxy star.

Away from the prying eyes of Victoria and Nessa, the boys indulge in a spot of preening.

The Sport Relief charity programme, being screen on Friday night, will include a host of other one-off specials, including Ashes To Ashes, Mock The Week, Question Of Sport Relief and MasterChef.

There will also be musical performances from the likes of Robbie Williams and JLS.

It will also feature the first UK television appearance from Cheryl Cole since she announced she was splitting from husband Ashley. She had been due to perform on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross last week but pulled out because of ill health.

The recent heroic sporting challenges by Eddie Izzard, Helen Skelton, Christine Bleakley, Lawrence Dallaglio and celebrity cyclists led by David Walliams will also be screened.
