In the New Year when you are thinking about ways to improve your life, it is tempting to 'throw out the old', 'get rid of baggage' and 'try something new'. In the process we tend to examine our relationships. Rather than tell yourself what is wrong with them, tell yourself what is right. Then look at how you can improve the things that are not quite right. If you do this together, if you prepare a 'marriage plan' of your expectations and wishes for the family unit, you are more likely to achieve happiness in your marriage. Communicate tactfully, avoid criticism, listen and be realistic. Hoping you all have a wonderful, peaceful and joyous Christmas. Best regards Harjit Sarang
