CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL AND SOUTH BUCKS DISTRICT COUNCIL COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY REGULATIONS 2010 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Council submitted their respective Community InfrastructureLevyDraft Charging Schedules to Intelligent Planning and Examinations for an independent examination on the 20 September 2019 in accordance with Section 212 of the Planning Act (as amended) and Regulation 21 of the Community InfrastructureLevyRegulations 2010 (as amended).
The Community InfrastructureLevyDraft Charging Schedules set out the proposed charges fordevelopment in the districts of Chiltern and South Bucks.
The Councils have jointlyappointed Mr Geoff Salter BA MRTPI to carry out the independent examination in public.
The examination will takeplace at 10 am on 5November 2019 in South Bucks District Council's Council Chamber,South Bucks District Council, Capswood, OxfordRoad, Denham, UB9 4LH The Councils have appointed Mr Ian Kemp to be the Programme Officer forthe examination and anyqueries regarding the Examination should be addressed to him.
