Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

Application for variation of Condition 2 (Plans) to allow for changes to internal arrangements (Plots HI, H2, H4, H5, H9), porches (Plots H8 and H9) and levels (adjacent to affordable block and H6), and addition of glass balcony screen to first floor level to create roof terrace (Plots H3, H6, H7, and H10) following grant of planning permission 20/2141/FUL.
Reason: Major Development.
22/0747/FUL/ES: 2 Deacons Heights, Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3QY. Conversion of loft to habitable space with rear Juliet balcony and insertion of additional balcony to first floor rear elevation. Alterations to fenestration to include insertion of window to front elevation and insertion of roof lights to front, both side and rear elevations.

Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
22/0815/HSE/JLE: Dovers Green Cottages, Rectory Lane, Shenley. Single storey front extension and removal of front chimney.
Reason: Green Belt.
22/0830/ADV/MSA: Land East Of Rowley Lane, Borehamwood. Installation of 8 x aluminium panels, 3 x internally illuminated fascia signs, and 19 x illuminated digital advertising panels (30 x signs) at Sky Studios Elstree, fixed to the elevations of 14 buildings across the Studios complex, Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) and across the main entrance of the site (Application for Advertisement Consent).

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
