The world’s biggest cake decoration show, Cake International, is hitting the road with a new tour.

Taking place at ExCeL London from the Thursday, April 4, to Saturday, April 6, the show will bring a slice of the flagship event at the NEC to London with an incredible display of talent.

As well as the competition, Cake International on Tour will feature live championships, feature displays and show pieces, a demonstration theatre with star presenters, a shopping zone with the latest supplies and a range of full day workshops where participants can learn from some of the world’s greatest tutors.

East London and West Essex Guardian Series:

Open for anyone of any age and experience to enter, this competition has launched careers and is truly the heart of Cake International. Anyone with a love of cake decorating and cake art, from novice to professional, can join and celebrate the ever-evolving skills and creativity of cake decorators across the globe.

The workshops will include a variety of the very latest techniques in the cake decorating world. For those wanting to hone their wedding cake skills, Suzanne Esper will be teaching participants how to make sugarcraft flower hoops to top wedding and celebration cakes. Ben Fullard will be showing how to create chocolate bark with striking magnolia. Emily Hankins will be sharing tips on how to achieve striking butterfly designs on cakes using cocoa butter.
