First Capital Connect (FCC) has created a video to highlight some of the different ways that passengers can access travel information.
With the winter weather approaching, the video features one of FCC's customers, Nick, illustrating how service updates can be found on different devices.
Station information screens, Tweeting, website updates and travel alerts are shown in action as ways to get real-time information to passengers on the move.
Keith Jipps, FCC Customer Service Director, said: "There are so many easy ways now to get real-time information while on the move and this video shows you how.
"Nick brings a sense of reality to the video as he is one of our daily passengers who uses the services featured and he wants to help us help other people keep themselves updated.
"As we know, the service can change with very little notice - particularly during severe weather as this can cause severe disruption to the rail network, so it is important that our customers are as well-equipped as possible."
