A plan to build 30 new houses on St Albans greenbelt land has been submitted.
Developers Keith Mitchell Building Consultancy have submitted the applocation to build the houses on land at The Stables in Sandridge.
The houses would generally be two storeys and a level of affordable housing is being proposed. In addition, a new access road off the St Albans road has also been proposed.
There is a consultation running on the plans until September 24.
