Application to build new care home in St Albans submitted
An application to build a care home in St Albans has been submitted.
Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited submitted an application to St Albans District Council to demolish the existing buildings at 270-274 London Road and build an 81-suite care home for the elderly.
If granted, existing access of London Road will be widened to provide car and pedestrian access from London Road into the new development.
An additional 34 parking spaces would be provided.
