Severe congestion in St Albans as large funeral takes place
Motorists have been warned of severe congestion today as a large funeral takes place in St Albans.
Hatfield Road will be busy from 11am until 2pm, according to police community volunteer David Braisher.
The funeral is taking place at St Pauls Church.
