A fish restaurant in St Albans has received an award for its sustainability.
Lussmanns Fish & Grill Restaurants recieved the The Environmental Award at an exclusive black tie ceremony held in Hatfield on May 14 and attended by more than 350 guests.
Launched in 2012 by the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce, the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards highlight the expertise and outstanding contribution that individuals and businesses make.
Receiving The Environmental Award on behalf of Lussmanns Fish & Grill Restaurants, managing director Andrei Lussmann said: "Lussmanns continues in its quest to become the high street champion of both value and sustainability.
"This award is a welcome vote of recognition from the local business community and, as always, greatly appreciated."
