More than 300 youngsters from organisations in London Colneuy and 1,000 villagers made up one of the biggest village turnouts on Sunday.
Children read out the names of each villager who had died during the wars and crosses were placed at the village memorial in High Street for each of the fallen.
The parade was led by piper Mark Bissett and parish council leader Malcolm MacMillan.
Mr MacMillan said to the young people: “It is you who help keep the memory alive and today your parents and organisations are proud of you.
“But the village is also very proud of you for taking part in such large numbers.”
