POLICE officers seized a car in Whittington for having no insurance.
The red Rover 25, which was parked in a layby off the B4084, was today (Friday, January 8) seized by officers from Pershore's Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT).
PCSO Steven Tinkler said: "It has been parked up for a couple of weeks. Local residents had noticed it and called it in to the police, to which we have done our checks."
He said the vehicle was uninsured and because it does not have an owner, will be crushed.
