Monday, February 1

Richard O’Sullivan, 52, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans. On January 6, 2016, assaulted a woman. On same date, assaulted a man by beating him. Committed to prison for six weeks. Compensation, costs: £580.

Jason Clark, 30, of Maynard Drive, St Albans. On September 30, 2015, had in his possession a small amount of cannabis. Fine, costs: £110.

Charles Robert Lark, 22, of Tyttenhanger Green, St Albans. On December 2, 2015, without the consent of the owner took a vehicle for the use of himself or another. On same date, had in his possession five small bags of cannabis; used a vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for three months. Fine, costs: £365.

Peter Mack, 33, of Meadow Close, Bricket Wood. On January 2, 2016, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend an unpaid work session. (Two counts) Costs: £85.

St Albans Thursday, February 4 Gaylord Simba Mupamhanga, 37, of London Road, St Albans. On January 10, 2016, assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order made. Participate in Building Better Relationships for 30 days. Carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £645.

Paul Anthony Niven, 34, of Scrubitts Square, Radlett. On November 6, 2015, stole a charity poppy collection box containing cash belonging to Red House Doctors Surgery. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Compensation, costs: £101.

Fiona Sophia Harmer, 21, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans. On September 21, 2015, failed to hand over her ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £371.

Allal Hmidouche, 27, of Marshalls Avenue, St Albans. On September 22, 2015, failed to hand over his ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. On same date, gave in reply to a request by a railway company officer a false name and address. Fine, compensation, costs: £437.

Jason Quinn, 45, of Leycroft Way, Harpenden. On October 12, 2015, gave in reply to a request by a railway company officer a false address. On same date, received an unused ticket intending to use it to travel on a railway, not being a ticket for which the conditions of use specifically permit transfer; entered a train without a valid ticket. Monday, February 8

Michael Axford, 57, of Sopwell Lane, St Albans. On April 11, 2015, used a vehicle when he was in such a position that he could not have proper control of the vehicle. Fine, costs: £230. Three penalty points.

Leah Caris, 23, of St Albans Road, St Albans. On August 3, 2015, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £306.50.

Between October 16, 2015, and October 18, 2015, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in that he sent her a number of abusive messages. On January 22, 2016, damaged a television. On same date, assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order made. Participate in Building Better Relationships for 30 days. Carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs: £285.

Simon Dooley, 50, of Watling Street, Park Street, St Albans. On November 5, 2015, took a vehicle without the consent of the owner and caused damage to the vehicle.
