Modecai Juma, 42, of Maxwell Road, St Albans. On October 27, 2015, kept a vehicle on a public road having made a statement that the vehicle would not be used on a public road. Fine, costs: £258.34.

Rory David Synnott, 26, of Eastmoor Park, Harpenden. On November 10, 2015, kept an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. Fine, costs: £566.67.

Monday, February 15

Peter Robb, 65, of Coursers Road, Colney Heath, St Albans. On June 19, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £400. Six penalty points.

Nuntawan Phumklin, 33, of Station Road, Harpenden. On July 16, 2015, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £371.50.

Tuesday, February 16

Justin John David Freestone, 19, of Spruce Way, Park Street, St Albans. On October 8, 2015, had in his possession 13 grams of cannabis. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £145.

Roy Alan Stallard, 35, of Alder Close, St Albans. On January 30, 2016, stole two bottles of wine belonging to Marks and Spencer. Fine, costs: £145.

Michael Kia-Khee Tan, 29, of Cambridge Road, St Albans. On December 14, 2015, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. On same date, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,185.

Francielle Mendes Da Silva Dias, 30, of The Uplands, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On June 12, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £569. Four penalty points.

Jack Alexander Patrickson, 24, of Laburnam Grove, St Albans. On May 18, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £205. Three penalty points.

Thursday, February 18

John James Morison, 23, of Claudian Place, St Albans. On February 2, 2016, damaged a wall and a window. On same date, damaged a front door; had in his possession a small bag of cocaine. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,078.

Susanna Hills, 39, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans. On December 7, 2015, stole meat belonging to Waitrose stores. On December 29, 2015, stole two throw fleeces belonging to Matalan. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Fine, compensation, costs: £200.

Stephen Keyes, 30, of St James Court, Harpenden. On October 31, 2015, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. On same date, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £1,085.

Friday, February 19

Graham John Snell, 54, of The Ridgeway, St Albans. On June 24, 2015, assaulted a man by beating him. Fine, compensation, costs: £830.

Monday, February 22

Jordan John Galloway, 24, of High Street, London Colney, St Albans. On August 2, 2015, used a vehicle without a licence. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle; failed to report the accident at a police station. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £2,477.58.

Stacey Louise Binelli, 27, of Fovant Close, Harpenden. On November 24, 2015, kept an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. Fine, costs: £328.75.
