Kwasi Amankwah, 41, of Phillimore Place, Radlett. On December 2, 2015, used a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Fine, costs: £366.25.

Luke Harvey, 27, of Cairns Close, St Albans. On December 2, 2015, used a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Fine, costs: £370.

Tiberiu-Petrica Neacsu, 20, of Watling Street, Radlett. On November 13, 2015, kept a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Fine, costs: £967.09.

James Smith, 20, of Springfield Road, St Albans. On August 26, 2015, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £377.90.

Tuesday, March 22

Lavinia Kelly Bourne, 40, of Grove Avenue, Harpenden. On July 26, 2015, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 35 months. Fine, costs: £520.

Tom Davies, 35, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans. On February 15, 2016, stole three handbags belonging to Kurt Geiger. Committed to prison for two months suspended for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £320.

John James Read, 30, of The Park, St Albans. On January 16, 2016, stole bedding belonging to Dunelm. On same date, committed fraud in that he exchanged stolen items for a credit note; converted criminal property by means of using a fraudulently obtained credit note. On January 17, 2016, stole bedding belonging to Dunelm. Two counts. On same date, committed fraud in that he exchanged stolen items for a credit note (two counts); converted criminal property by means of using a fraudulently obtained credit note; converted criminal property. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £145.

James Cash, 23, of Down Edge, Redbourn, St Albans. On May 26, 2015, used a vehicle when the maximum axle weight was exceeded. Fine, costs: £564.

Wednesday, March 23

Thiyagarajah Sudharshan Naveendrra, 45, of Rosemary Drive, London Colney, St Albans. On August 4, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 70mph. Disqualified from driving for 21 days. Fine, costs: £822.

Francielle Mendes Da Silva Dias, 31, of Garnett Drive, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On June 12, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £205. Four penalty points.

Thursday, March 24

David Andrew Field, 35, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, St Albans. On June 20, 2015, assaulted a woman thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 140 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Compensation, costs: £510.

Gary Kenneth Neil Jakeman, 26, of New Kent Road, St Albans. On March 18, 2016, stole an iPod belonging to Marks and Spencer. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Community order made. Be under curfew for six weeks. Compensation, costs: £445.

Friday, April 1

Kerry Ann Gogarty, 36, of Pageant Road, St Albans. On March 15, 2016, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fine, compensation, costs: £180.
