Wednesday, April 6

Giacomo Fazzini, 24, of Batchwood Drive, St Albans. On January 20, 2016, failed to hand over his train ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £378.60.

Thursday, April 7

Levi Dionysus, 38, of Oysterfields, St Albans. On February 15, 2016, assaulted a woman by beating her. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. On February 18, 2016, stole two computer games and one computer game case. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Costs, compensation: £170.

Friday, April 8

Anna Kuzniar, 43, of Marshalswick Lane, St Albans. On June 24, 2015, kept a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. On October 23, 2015, had a vehicle registered in his name which did not meet insurance requirements. Fine, costs: £130.

Kevin Michael Morris, 51, of Orchard Drive, Park Street, St Albans. On April 8, 2015, used a vehicle without due care and attention. On same date, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused by another vehicle and he failed to stop; failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable. Fine, costs: £1,424. Seven penalty points.

Saturday, April 9

Rodney Aubredie Clarke, 43, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden. On April 5, 2016, sent a woman a Facebook friend request which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. On April 6, 2016, sent a woman a text message which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Fine, costs: £789.

Monday, April 11

Simeon James Dacre, 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, St Albans. On November 23, 2015, stole a computer tablet belonging to Sainsburys. On January 8, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. On same date, stole a computer tablet belonging to Sainsburys. On January 11, 2016, stole meat and CDs belonging to Sainsburys. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £525.

Kishan Thoree, 22, of Alexander Road, London Colney, St Albans. On January 3, 2016, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £435.

Wednesday, April 13

Craig Johnson, 34, of Manor Road, London Colney, St Albans. On January 5, 2016, kept a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Fine, costs: £307.50.

Shareen Devib Pavaday, 34, of Sleapcross Gardens, Smallford, St Albans. On January 5, 2016, had a vehicle registered in her name which did not meet insurance requirements. Fine, costs: £275.
