Thursday, April 14

Michael Dormer, 30, of Bricket Road, St Albans. On April 13, 2015, stole five packets of steak belonging to Marks and Spencer. On same date, had with him an article for use in connection with theft. Conviction of an offence while a community order is in force. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Have treatment for drug dependency for nine months. Compensation, costs: £275.

Alan Peter Milner, 39, of Garden Cottages, Frogmore, St Albans. On March 8, 2016, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour. On April 6, 2016, failed to surrender to custody at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Fine, costs: £265.

Friday, April 15

Jason Jeffrey Elcott, 19, of Rose Walk, St Albans. On February 26, 2016, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Fine, costs: £155.

Leszek Kondraciuk, 35, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett. On March 6, 2016, dishonestly made off without having paid as required for a taxi. Fine, compensation, costs: £206.

Simone Porter, 44, of Royston Road, St Albans. On October 8, 2015, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £90.

Monday, April 18

Ella Cooper-Millar, 19, of Watford Road, St Albans. On April 16, 2016, used a vehicle when the proportion of alcohol in breath was 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £235.

Ioannis Aivalakis, 35, of Ashley Road, St Albans. On August 30, 2015, used a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Between September 10, 2015, and October 8, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £1,579.84. Six penalty points.

Tuesday, April 19

Patryk Angielski, 34, of Grasmere Road, St Albans. On January 2, 2016, stole a wallet containing the owner’s bank cards. On same date, committed fraud in that he used a stolen bank card to purchase items. Between January 5, 2016, and January 26, 2016, dishonestly received stolen goods. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £268.34.

Victoria Louise Saben, 33, of High Street, Sandridge, St Albans. On April 3, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence; used a vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fine, costs: £385.

Gary Mark Webb, 33, of Westfield Road, Harpenden. On April 3, 2016, destroyed crockery and a kettle. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Compensation, costs: £195.

Sophie Michelle Smith, 40, of Vale Court, Wheathampstead, St Albans. On October 31, 2015, assaulted a woman by beating her. Two counts. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,230.

Wednesday, April 20

Megan Eaglesfield, 23, of Russet Drive, St Albans. On March 22, 2016, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend supervision appointment. Two counts. Order to continue. Fine: £40.

Aidan Chaves, 25, of Chantry Lane, London Colney, St Albans. On November 8, 2015, travelled on a railway without having paid the fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £838.70.

Praxedes Munala, 34, of Tallents Crescent, Harpenden. On January 17, 2016, failed to hand over her train ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £381.

Jason Smith, 27, of Victoria Street, St Albans. On January 24, 2016, entered a train without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £372.

Thursday, April 21

Chijioke Oliver Agomo, 49, of Greenwood Gardens, Shenley, Radlett. On January 9, 2016, assaulted a person by beating her. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs: £700.

Tamara Andrea Gray, 34, of Halsey Park, London Colney, St Albans. On November 18, 2015, had with her in a public place a kitchen knife. Community order made. Be under curfew for four weeks. Costs: £165.

Saturday, April 23

Lara Jane Day, 26, of Bricket Road, St Albans. On March 25, 2016, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £145.
