Tuesday, June 28

Wayne Stuart Boylan, 30, of St Vincent Drive, St Albans. On June 26, 2016, went to a place without prior arrangement which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Fine, costs: £470.

Karl Anderson Miller, 36, of Campfield Road, St Albans. On June 26, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fine, costs: £745.

Timothy James MacGuinness, 37, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans. On March 18, 2016, assaulted a person by beating her. Two counts. On same date, destroyed a mobile phone. Between April 27, 2016, and April 28, 2016, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman. Committed to prison for 20 weeks. Restraining order made. Dominil Beale, 29, of Doggetts Way, St Albans. On December 2, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Melvyn Frank Cooper, 75, of Bucknalls Drive, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On December 1, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £407. Four penalty points.

Donna Marie Flanagan, 48, of Meadow Close, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On December 3, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £569. Four penalty points.

Alex Ford, 34, of Granville Road, St Albans. On December 3, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 60mph. Fine, costs: £372. Three penalty points.

Barrington Giles, 69, of Prae Close, St Albans. On December 1, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 60mph. Fine, costs: £332. Three penalty points.

Shelley Nicole Lander, 45, of The Avenue, Radlett. On December 3, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £407. Six penalty points.

Daniel Joseph Larkin, 35, of Wheat Close, Sandridge, St Albans. On December 7, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Peter McDonagh, 28, of Caravan Site, Park Street, St Albans. On January 7, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Jessica Mary O’Malley, 35, of Rainbow Close, Redbourn, St Albans. On December 4, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Wednesday, June 29

Stephen Herbert, 43, of Russet Drive, St Albans. On April 10, 2016, stole two bottles of wine. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Compensation, costs: £115.

Ivan Sikora, 49, of Marshall Avenue, St Albans. On January 7, 2016, had a vehicle registered in his name which did not meet insurance requirements. Fine, costs: £270.

Thursday, June 30

Phillip James Beckwith, 37, of Rendlesham Avenue, Radlett. On May 11, 2016, used a vehicle whilst disqualified from driving. On same date, used a vehicle which had no test certificate issued within the appropriate period; used a vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 30 months. Community order made. Be under curfew for four weeks. Costs: £170.

Michelle Lillian Taylor, 45, of Shottfield Close, Sandridge, St Albans. On June 28, 2016, stole food items belonging to Poundland. Fine, costs: £70.

Marcus Ephraim Deans, 40, of Highfield Avenue, Harpenden. On November 16, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £451. Three penalty points.

Peter Anthony Fleming, 29, of Alder Close, Park Street, St Albans. On June 15, 2016, sent a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £170.

Justin Lee Sycamore, 37, of Upper Latimore Road, St Albans. On June 1, 2016, stole eight bottles of perfume belonging to Debenhams. On May 20, 2016, stole meat items belonging to the Co-Op. Monday, July 4

Yasmine Louise Alderman, 19, of Longfield Road, Harpenden. Between January 25, 2016, and January 27, 2016, stole personal effects. Between February 4, 2016, and February 8, 2016, stole gift cards, perfume and other personal items. On February 8, 2016, stole make-up and other personal items. On February 11, 2016, had in her possession a false drivers licence. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 18 months. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Tom Davies, 35, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans. On April 2, 2016, stole two bottles of wine belonging to Marks and Spencer. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence three months. Costs: £80.

David Austin Garland, 55, of Bricket Road, St Albans. On July 4, 2016, damaged a glass window. On same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour thereby causing another person harassment or alarm and the offence was racially aggravated. Two counts.
