Mark Alexander Robson, 46, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett. On April 20, 2016, failed to hand over his train ticket when asked to do so by an authorised person. On April 4, 2016, entered a train without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £792.30.

Victoria Saben, 34, of Waldegrave Park, Harpenden. On April 20, 2016, travelled on a railway without having paid the fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £675.20.

Dale Small, 34, of Riverside Close, St Albans. On April 6, 2016, failed to hand over his train ticket when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £373.80.
