Tuesday, September 20
Kate Davies, 24, of London Road, Shenley, Radlett. On February 29, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 70mph. Fine, costs: £321. Six penalty points.
Andrew Keith Hoyte, 44, of Springfield Crescent, Harpenden. On February 24, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle failed to comply with a traffic sign. Fine, costs: £182. Three penalty points.
Christopher Maurice Kelly, 24, of Newlands Avenue, Radlett. On March 6, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £439. Six penalty points.
Jean Robert Mamoun, 43, of Manor Road, London Colney, St Albans. On February 26, 2016, used a vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.
