Monday, September 19

Katie Margaret Norris, 32, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford, St Albans. On December 6, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £225.

Tuesday, September 20

Farrah Hall, 40, of Halsey Park, London Colney, Watford. On August 14, 2016, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. On same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, compensation, costs: £355.

Daniel Charles Leonard, 24, of Lilac Way, Harpenden. On September 18, 2016, attended an address and spoke to a person which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Fine: £70.

Ricky Aaron Michael Bedford, 20, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans. On July 4, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. On September 1, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Compensation, costs: £305.

Kate Davis, 24, of London Road, Shenley, Radlett. On February 29, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 70mph. Fine, costs: £321. Six penalty points.

Andrew Keith Hoyte, 44, of Springfield Crescent, Harpenden. On February 24, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle failed to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign. Fine, costs: £182. Three penalty points.

Christopher Maurice Kelly, 24, of Newlands Avenue, Radlett. On March 6, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £439. Six penalty points.

Jean Robert Mamoun, 43, of Manor Road, London Colney, St Albans. On February 26, 2016, used a vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Thursday, September 22

James Proctor, 22, of Pullman Close, St Albans. On September 2, 2016, assaulted a person by beating her. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £155.

David Laking-Jerez, 18, of Beaumont Avenue, St Albans. On April 14, 2016, damaged by fire a skip. Compensation, costs: £650.

Amy Louise Farebrother, 18, of Avian Avenue, St Albans. On February 1, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. On same date, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and she failed to stop; failed to report the accident at a police station. Fine, costs: £215. Five penalty points.

Friday, September 23

Jonathan Emanuel Mitchell, 40, of The Sycamores, St Albans. On September 7, 2016, failed to surrender to custody. Fine, costs: £55.

Alan Henry Vanzyl, 29, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans. On July 15, 2016, failed to surrender to custody. Fine, costs: £80.

Tuesday, September 27 Connor James Willcox, 18, of Olive Close, St Albans. On July 26, 2016, without the consent of the owner took a bicycle for the use of himself or another. Fine, costs: £265.

Alexandra Aitken, 37, of Detany Court, St Albans. On July 9, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £1,720. Three penalty points.
