Thursday, September 29

Raymond Roy Fitch, 75, of Russet Drive, St Albans. On May 9, 2016, committed an act outraging public decency. Fine, costs: £780.

Mark Adrian Russell, 36, of Green Lane, St Albans. On November 7, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Disqualified from driving for 63 days. Fine, costs: £525.

Amro Ali Hassaan, 43, of St Stephens Avenue, St Albans. On March 20, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £433. Three penalty points.

Friday, September 30

Kenneth Henry Jakeman, 42, of Riverside Road, St Albans. On September 9, 2016, stole loose coins, a set of keys and Jaguar sunglasses. On September 21, 2016, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention or removal of stolen goods. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 18 months. Compensation, costs: £210.

Luke Omalley, 29, of Nuns Lane, St Albans. On June 27, 2016, sent a Facebook message which was of an indecent or grossly offensive nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient. Fine, costs: £348.

Dayanand Bacud Ponapalam, 30, of North Cottages, St Albans. On May 15, 2016, committed an act which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Two counts. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 50 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs: £385.

Phillippa Mary Havard, 55, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, St Albans. On June 6, 2016, stole meat belonging to Co-Op. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Committed to prison for three weeks suspended for 24 months. Compensation, costs: £280.

Monday, October 3

Ben Whaley, 19, of Fullerton Close, Markyate, St Albans. On July 22, 2016, used a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug in his blood exceeded the specified limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £245.

Alamgir Hussain, 21, of Campfield Road, St Albans. On January 23, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £1,104.

Tuesday, October 4

Mohammad Abdul Kalik Rakin, 20, of Dellfield, St Albans. Between October 27, 2015, and October 30, 2015, knowing that a wrongful credit had been made to his account dishonestly failed to take such steps as were reasonable to secure that the credit was cancelled. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation: £1,130.
