Monday, October 3

Ben Whaley, 19, of Fullerton Close, Markyate, St Albans. On July 22, 2016, used a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug exceeded the specified limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £245.

Alamgir Hussain, 21, of Campfield Road, St Albans. On January 23, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £1,104. Six penalty points.

Wednesday, October 5

Lorraine Diane Davies, 33, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead, St Albans. On July 26, 2016, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Fine, costs: £460. 10 penalty points.

Abdul Basit Khan, 42, of Clarendon Road, Harpenden. On January 14, 2016, caused the deposition of controlled waste other than in accordance with a waste management permit. Fine, costs: £429.

Laurence Boys, 35, of Watford Road, St Albans. On April 12, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a drive who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Jonathan James Courtman, 30, of Overstone Road, Harpenden. On March 9, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Kristian Jarrett, 23, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, St Albans. On March 14, 2016, used a vehicle without a valid test certificate. Fine, costs: £327.

Matthew Lynes, 27, of Hawkshill, St Albans. On April 15, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Sean James McGettrick, 33, of Cell Barnes Lane, Watford. On March 12, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £569. Six penalty points.

Karen Taylor, 39, of Lemsford Road, St Albans. On March 12, 2016, used a vehicle without a valid test certificate. Two counts. Fine, costs: £753.

Friday, October 7 Joanne Louise Salter, 38, of Marten Gate, St Albans. On November 18, 2015, was the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and whilst so out of control injured a person. Discharged conditionally for two years. Compensation, costs: £500.

Christopher Anthony Andrew Bridges, 34, of Cairns Close, St Albans. On May 30, 2016, stole a bottle of wine belonging to Spar. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Discharged conditionally for six months. Compensation, costs: £77.59.

Max Lawson Matthew, 21, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans. On July 22, 2016, had in his possession a bag of cannabis. Fine, costs: £235.

Peter Hazelwood, 34, of Vaughan Road, Harpenden. On May 27, 2016, kept a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Fine, costs: £956.25.

Monday, October 10

Rikki Lee Constable, 25, of Battlers Green Drive, Radlett. On January 23, 2016, used a vehicle when he was in such a position that he could not have proper control of the vehicle. Fine, costs: £526. Three penalty points.

Tuesday, October 11

Stefan Michael Jakeman, 26, of Bardwell Road, St Albans. On August 19, 2016, stole aftershave belonging to Boots. Fine, costs: £165.

Lee James Chaney, 26, of Lectern Lane, St Albans. Between June 10, 2016, and June 24, 2016, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a person. Committed to prison for three months suspended for two years. Restraining order made. Compensation, costs: £350.

Jamie Lee Bozier, 27, of Spencer Street, St Albans. On September 25, 2016, assaulted a person by beating her. Restraining order made. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months. Compensation, costs: £350.

Wednesday, October 12
