Thursday, October 13

Jamie Howard Dickinson, 26, of Park Lane, London Colney, St Albans. On January 21, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £258.

Monday, October 17

Mark Andreas Weekes, 39, of Therfield Road, St Albans. On May 30, 2016, being an offender under the Sexual Offences Act failed to comply with notification requirements. On September 19, 2016, failed to surrender to custody. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 22 weeks. Costs: £115.

Syed Ishmam Zaman, 21, of Alma Road, St Albans. On July 20, 2016, assaulted a person by beating her. Fine, costs: £315.

Tuesday, October 18

Natalie Emma Poole, 41, of Hill Street, St Albans. On October 2, 2016, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £155.

Ben John Smith, 28, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans. On September 29, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £270.

Michelle Kristen Hunt, 25, of High Oaks, St Albans. On October 3, 2016, assaulted a police constable in the execution of her duty. On same date, stole two bottles of wine belonging to the Co-Operative; was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Fine, compensation, costs: £329.99.

Sophie Michelle Smith, 37, of Vale Court, Wheathampstead. Between March 10, 2016, and July 15, 2016, was the parent of a child of compulsory school age who failed to attend regularly at school. Fine, costs: £235.

Savanna Louise Banks, 19, of Nurseries Road, Wheathampstead. On March 25, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.
