Mark Alexander Robson, 46, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett. On November 30, 2016, he was in the company of a person which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Fine, costs: £185.

Melissa Jane Cesaratto, 28, of Sahwar, Smallford, St Albans. On January 11, 2017, was found drunk in a public place while having the charge of a child. On same date, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 143 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 34 months. Committed to prison suspended for nine months. Overall length of sentence eight weeks. Fine, costs: £155.

Terry Olton, 39, of Masefield Road, Harpenden. On December 31, 2016, and January 7, 2017, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order varied. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £85.

Thomas Anthony Charles Boylan, 25, of Oysterfields, St Albans. On December 16, 2016, dishonestly received stolen goods knowing the same to be stolen goods. Fine, compensation, costs: £410.
Carla Jemma Callum, 28, of Walsingham Way, London Colney, St Albans. On February 7, 2017, stole seven bottles of perfume and aftershave belonging to Boots. Fine, costs: £195.
Amy Rose Golding, 22, of Folly Lane, St Albans. On September 9, 2016, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fine, costs: £770.
Mark Robson, 46, of Scrubbits Square, Radlett. On September 9, 2016, left the train station without passing through the automatic ticket barrier in the correct manner. On same date, failed to hand over his ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £604.70.
Tom Smith, 22, of Monks Close, St Albans. On October 20, 2016, failed to hand over his ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £377.70.

Emma Clair Huntingford, 42, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On October 19, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. On same date, stole items of clothing belonging to Matalan. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £885.
Jane Elizabeth London, 53, of Welbeck Rise, Harpenden. On February 24, 2017, assaulted a person by beating him. Community order made. Costs: £170.
