Smoke engulfs the home in Frances Way
A family with four children were rescued after the roof of their home caught fire.
Fire crews from St Albans, Kings Langley and Hemel Hempstead were called to Frances Way, in St Albans, at around 7.30pm last night.
Nobody sustained any injuries but it is not yet known what caused the fire.
