Tuesday, April 4

Anthony Ashley Charlton, 31, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans. On February 16, 2017, stole a vehicle. On February 10, 2017, knowing that payment was required for a service dishonestly made off without having been paid. Four counts. Community order made. Be under curfew for four months. Compensation, costs: £527.83.

Paul Villanueva, 32, of Alma Road, St Albans. On March 19, 2017, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 40 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £635.

Carly Wright, 39, of Cragg Avenue, Radlett. On February 18, 2017, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. On same date, assaulted a police constable in the execution of her duty. Two counts.
