A 16-year-old boy was attacked while he was out walking his dog.
He was walking along Brampton Road towards Clarence Road in St Albans on Sunday February 18 when he was approached.
He was punched in the face at around 4.45pm suffering a bruise to his left eye.
His attacker is described as black, aged 25-30 years old, of stocky build, with short hair. He was wearing brown trousers and a brown jacket.
