A man who was wanted by Hertfordshire Constabulary has been charged over fraud and "vehicle interference".
Gary Jakeman, aged 28 and of no fixed address, was arrested yesterday.
He was charged with four counts of fraud by false representation across Stevenage and vehicle interference in Cottonmill Lane, St Albans on Saturday, March 24.
He has been remanded to attend Hatfield Remand Court today.
