A man laid down near a memorial hall and exposed himself to a group of women.
Between 4.15pm and 4.45pm on Monday, a group of females were approached by a man in Chorleywood Common, near the memorial hall.
Officers are appealing for anyone else who may have witnessed the incident to please contact them.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Rickmansworth Safer Neighbourhood Team on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference C2/18/1353.
