Suspected racist graffiti has been sprayed on playground equipment prompting a police investigation.
The offensive graffiti is thought to have been put up between 2.30pm and 5pm on July 24 on playground and storage units at Charles Morris Hall in Tyttenhanger Green, St Albans.
Police said the criminal damage was a “racially aggravated public order”.
Sergeant Mark Williams said: “Behaviour of this kind will not be tolerated by the police.
“I am appealing for anyone who might have seen what happened or anyone who has information about the incident to get in touch.”
