Daryl Janmaat has been included in the provisional Netherlands squad for upcoming friendly matches against Peru and World Cup winners France.
The first international break of the 2018/19 season arrives on the back of Watford’s meeting with Tottenham Hotspur at Vicarage Road on September 2.
Janmaat, who has started both of Watford’s games so far this season, will hope to be part of the games after being included in Ronald Koeman’s initial 34-man selection for the duo of fixtures.
The Netherlands’ international commitments start with home game against Peru on Thursday, September 6 before they travel to France three days later.
