A man in his forties has died after being stabbed at a house in a quiet residential street.
Police were called to the address in Greyhound Hill, Hendon, at around 11.40pm last night (Friday, October 26) to reports of a stabbing.
Despite the efforts of paramedics, the 47-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
A crime scene remains in place around the property.
A 43-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder and two others, a 21-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman, have been arrested in connection with the incident.
All three have been taken to a north London police station for questioning.
A spokesman for the Met said the deceased and those arrested were known to each other.
There are no other reported injuries.
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are dealing with the incident and enquiries continue.
