CCCTV images of a man have been released by police investigating the theft of two bicycles from an underground carpark.
The man in the images can be seen wearing pink Nike trainers, dark tracksuit bottoms, a navy jacket and a light-coloured fishing hat.
Officers say the theft happened in the carpark of Warwick House in London Road, St Albans, on Tuesday, September 25.
PC Lotty Lewis, who is investigating, said: “If you recognise the person pictured, we would be very keen to hear from you.
“We believe they may have vital information that could help progress our investigation.”
