Jewellery and accessories created by designers from the area is being offered at Brent Cross.

This Christmas, Brent Cross Shopping Centre is welcoming a collective of handpicked, up-and-coming independent designers from the area into centre.

The Seekd pop-up will offer customers a selection of jewellery and accessory brands and their collections.

The designers have made their products ethical or sustainable in their approach.

The creative process of all of them uses either recycled or up cycled materials, from collections inspired by nature, to brands which promote well-being or invest in skills and communities.

Fay Cannings, founder of Seekd, said: “We’re delighted to bring Seekd to the Brent Cross Shopping Centre this Christmas.

“The designers and their pieces are all very original and offer fantastic choice for the perfect gift that will last.

“Consumers in 2018 want more - more transparency and more authenticity, being ethical and sustainable is key.

“We look forward to unveiling our collective and offering an alternative and inspiring way to shop”.

Chris Barnes, general manager at Brent Cross, said: "We are really excited to welcome Seekd into centre.

“The pop-up will be a great addition to the extensive jewellery offering we already have at Brent Cross, and it will also serve as a platform for local businesses to get their name out there and showcase the great work they are doing with sustainable and recycled materials.”
