Roads

No major incidents have been reported on the roads.

Tubes

There are lots of issues on the London Underground this morning.

There are severe delays on the Circle Line due to an earlier signal failure at South Kensington.

There is no service on the District Line between High Street Kensington and Kensington Olympia due to an earlier signal failure at South Kensington. There are severe delays on the rest of the line.

There are also issues on the Hammersmith and City Line. Severe delays have been reported due to a signal failure being fixed at Shepherd's Bush Market.

The London Overground is experiencing issues with no service between Highbury and Islington and Stratford.

There is also a reduced London Overground service between Gospel Oak and Barking with trains running every 15 to 30 minutes.

The TFL Rail Line is disrupted with no service between Liverpool Street and Romford.

The Waterloo and City Line is closed today and will not resume until 8.00am on Monday.

Weather

This morning West London and Watford will begin with a cold and frosty start, with with some bright sunny spells. This afternoon, there will be more in the way of cloud is expected, but for most, it will remain dry.

This morning North and East London will also begin with a cold and frosty start, but with blue skies and little in the way of cloud. Later on, bright spells with more cloud generally is expected.

Tonight cloud is expected to thicken with spells of rain and drizzle making their way in from the west with strengthening winds.
