Daniel Brosnan, 22, of Ivy Close, Leavesden. On January 20, 2019, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Fine, costs: £141.50.

On January 2, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
