The incident happened near Pizza Hut in High Road
A pedestrian was taken to hospital after he was involved in a collision with a black Mercedes van.
Police shut High Road in Bushey following the incident which happened just before 6.30am today.
The ambulance service attended and the man was taken to hospital. He suffered a head injury but police have reported his injury as minor.
The crash, involving a Mercedes Vito 116 Blutec, took place near Pizza Hut and a full road closure was put in place.
Buses were diverted while the scene was cleared. The road was open again by around 9am.
