More than 100 objects are displayed as part of the exhibition, including a 12th Century chess piece which was discovered on Chequer Street, or the special edition Monopoly which features St Albans as the ‘Mayfair’ spot.
Cllr Annie Brewster, who is responsible for sport and heritage at St Albans District Council, said: “I am thrilled the museum and gallery is making this wonderful exhibition from such a renowned institution even more accessible with free entry in its final weekend.
“This is the last time all these wonderful objects will be on display so I’m sure everyone will want to take up this brilliant offer!”
