Burglars stole a haul of distinctive jewellery from a home in St Albans.

And police have now issued photographs of some of the items to see if it has been offered for sale.

Rings, necklaces, three watches, a gold bracelet and a pendant in the shape of a town crier were stolen from an address in Watford Road sometime between 12pm and 5pm on Saturday, March 30.

Detective Constable Paul Edmondson said: “If you recognise this distinctive jewellery or have been offered it for sale, please get in touch as soon as possible."
