A 40-year-old who has gone missing is believed to have been seen in the area.
Authorities are appealing for the public’s help to trace Andrew Elliott from Northamptonshire.
Police say he was seen in Swallow Lane, St Albans, on Tuesday (April 30).
He is described as white, of medium build, with brown curly hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be wearing a black T-shirt, dark green or black Nike shorts and grey, red and white Adidas trainers.
Police are growing increasingly concerned for Andrew’s welfare.
If you have seen Andrew since he was reported missing or have information about where Andrew has been, please call Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 552 of April 30.
If you believe you are with Andrew now or have seen him in the last few moments, please call 999 immediately.
