Roads were closed off after an 80-year-old woman was hit by a lorry.
An 89-year-old woman is suffering with leg injuries after a collision with a lorry at 10:20am on High Road, Whetstone.
Police were called by the Local Ambulance Service to the reports of a road traffic collision.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "The elderly pedestrian was taken to a central London hospital where she remains in a stable condition; her injuries are not believed to be life threatening."
Road closures were put in place, but they have now been lifted.

The driver stopped at the scene and is assisting police with enquiries. The woman's family has also been notified.
