Stagecoach Performing Arts Loughton branch welcomed several potential students aged six to 18 to the Discovery Day on Saturday, September 7, at Debden Park High School.

The taster session gave children the chance to participate in singing, dancing and acting workshops with West End actors George Tebbutt and Luke Bayer.

Parents and prospective students were greeted with refreshments and a group warm up, in which the parents also took part.

Principal of Stagecoach Loughton, Zach Mobley, said: “It was thrilling to give children from the area the opportunity to experience the performing arts and demonstrate how they can help the kids thrive and grow in confidence.

“This is what Stagecoach calls building ‘Creative Courage For Life’ in its students. We hope that our offering of a free Discovery Day on September 7 provided a fun and safe outlet for the children to inspire them to adopt some of ideals.”
