A woman is in a critical condition after being shot in Haringey.
Police had been called to reports of a shooting in Lordship Lane, near Wood Green High Road, on Tuesday (September 17) at 9.50pm.
A short time later, a 46-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man had appeared at a hospital. The woman had suffered a gunshot injury and her condition is critical.
The 31-year-old man had sustained a minor gunshot injury, but police say his condition is not life-threatening or life-changing.
Cordons are in place at the scene.
There has been no arrest at this stage.
Detectives are now appealing for information and witnesses following the shooting.
