A man is wanted for questioning after a teenager was repeatedly punched after stepping on a man's shoe.
The incident happened at around 5pm on Thursday, November 21; British Transport Police (BTP) is only now appealing for information.
BTP have released CCTV images after a boy was allegedly assaulted on a train between St Albans Abbey and Watford North station.
A man is reported to have threatened and then repeatedly punched a teenage boy after the victim accidentally stood on his shoe.
Officers would like to speak to the man in the image who may have information that could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40.
