A man has been released on bail after he was arrested in connection with a police chase.
Several police units, including a dog unit, were spotted in Briar Road in Watford yesterday morning (Tuesday).
Hertfordshire Constabulary has confirmed two people were arrested.
The force said: "An 18 year old man from Dorset was arrested on Tuesday morning on Briar Road, Watford after failing to stop for police on St Albans Road, Watford on Monday night.
"The man was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, failing to stop and breach of a court order.
"He has been released on police bail while further enquiries are carried out.
"A 17 year old girl from Watford was also arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
"She has been released with no further action."
