- NHS England confirmed in its latest update yesterday that 18 further deaths have been reported by West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

- It means the number of Covid-19 deaths at the trust has risen to 62.

- The deaths occurred between April 1 and April 8.

- NHS England also announced a further 765 deaths, taking the toll in England to 7,248.
