East Lancashire is home to some truly luxurious properties- the most expensive house in the region is valued at whopping £3 million.
If you’re on the high-end property market, or simply interested in looking at the upmarket homes of the region, here are five of the most expensive East Lancashire houses of the last twenty years, according to Land Registry.
Millwood Manor, Franklin Hill, Blackburn
£3,000,000
This is the most expensive house in East Lancashire- judging but the size it’s clear to see why.
It has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, as well as six reception rooms.
The property has a limited history, as it was purchased in 2012 and has been off the market ever since.
Torver House, Osbaldeston
£1,600,000
Built on a colonial manor house, this property had a rustic and sophisticated appearance.
The large open plan kitchen is the focal point of this house- it comes fitted with Belfast style sinks and marble surfaces.
This house was sold in 2014 and had one other previous owner since 2000.
It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and four reception rooms.
Old Tannery, Clitheroe
£1,440,000
This six bedroom freehold is located in Waddington.
This property has been sold twice- once in 2012 and once in 2016.
Fellside, Clitheroe
£1,430,000

This five bed property is incredible spacious and filled with solid wood furnishings.
There is even a detatched chalet outdoors which was previously used as an office.
It is also ideally located in the countryside and away from the busiest roads.
The property had one known owner before being sold in 2017.
Wilkinson Fold, Twiston, Clitheroe

This five bed freehold has had three previous owners and it was last sold in 2018.
It’s value has certainly increased in the last two decades- in 2007 it was sold for £755,000.
