STRONG winds today are expected to lead to some travel and power disruption.
A yellow weather warning has been issued for the entire country until 6pm.
Gusts of wind will reach speeds of up to 41mph in Oxford.

It will be largely dry across the county with sunny spells and the odd shower.
People should expect some delays on the road and railways as well as changes to bus and train services.
The Met Office warns that there may be some short term loss of power and other services and that some damage to trees with debris on roads are possible given the time of year.
