More than 400 new cases of coronavirus have been discovered in East Lancashire, the latest figures show.
The highest number of new cases came from Blackburn with Darwen, where 131 people tested positive for covid-19, according to Tuesday's data.
It means 8,731 people have contracted the virus in the borough since the start of the pandemic in March.
The second highest number came from Pendle, where a total of 4,221 cases have now been recorded following Monday's addition of 98 new infections.
Next was Hyndburn, where 70 new cases were detected. The area has now recorded a total of 3,303 infections.
In Burnley, 59 new cases were discovered, bringing the borough's total to 4,056.
Rossendale recorded the second lowest number of new infections, 51, meaning the area has now recorded a total of 2,884 cases.
In the Ribble Valley, there have been 1,813 cases since March.
Across East Lancashire, 25,008 people have tested positive for coronavirus since the start of the pandemic.
